Pakistan made the announcement on Friday after finishing the campaign at the ICC World Cup in 2019 at London's main stadium.
Pakistan did not make it to the semifinals after it hit. 94 points in the Bangladesh Finals. Shortly after the game ended, Malik announced his retirement.
While sharing this news on social media, he said he would like to thank all the players he played. He thanked the trained coaches, thanked the media and sponsored friends and family.
